one of my bikes was 8 years old when I sold it and it looked showroom with 130,000 miles on it ,I always washed it after rides with a good car wash soap and then blew it off with a leaf blower then finished with terry cloth towels ,every year I would use a clay bar to wash and then GM micro finishing compond for that real deep shine followed by Mothers wax
