Any cover from your HD dealer works fine. \\;Get the one made to fit your model.  \\;Should last you a long time if it's only being used in the garage.

If it is for just garage storage, I recommend the large cover from Cabela's catalogue.
It is only about $30 or so and it covers my Electraglide Classic just fine!
Look at my sig pic to see my bike with the tour pac and windshield for size...
