1 the easiest, or 10?&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\; It's not hard.&nbsp\\; Just undo the switch housing cover on the throttle grip and give a gentle tug to release the throttle grip.&nbsp\\; The left is easy too.

IF the grips are for an 08 the right grip will have teeth inside that will engage the eleltronic throttle sensor. Just make sure it is seated all the way. Easy job.

Just go easy when pulling off the throttle grip. There have been a few reports of people pulling the sensor right off with the grip. Best to wiggle it off without exerting too much force. I did mine with no issues.

It's a 1, it is very easy. The right one slips off (gentle tug maybe) and you slide the new one on (don't push it on too far because it will bind the throttle sensor)&nbsp\\;and button up the housing and then decide how you want to take the left one off (I usually cut mine off, no good to me later) but some will twist on the left one (glued on from HD) and get it to come off and then depending on whose grips you go back with will depend on how you install it. The new ones from HD are glueless, you put the lip of the grip inside the switch housing and button it back up. Kuryakyns you leave the flange on the outside of the housing and glue it on.

Did you say the left grip is "glueless?" What keeps it from twisting?

&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;
The newer HD&nbsp\\;grips (left hand side) have a lip/flange on them which fits under the switch housing on the left side.&nbsp\\;Once you tighten the switch housing down the grip is held firmly in place.&nbsp\\;Don't know what year they started using this set up but my 02, 04 and 07 had no glue on the left grip - all held in place with the housing.
