Has anyone noticed touring bikes with amber bulbs/lamps where the passing lamps are situated? Are these intended to be fog lamps or just to be visible. It looks pretty sharp at night - you definitely get noticed. Any comments?
For visibility. \\; You can either put an amber sealed beam in, or if you have the new H4 style then you can put amber or yellow shields over them from cee bailey's if you don't want to splice in the sealed beams.
I went with these , just for grins this year and have gotten very good feedback about their daytime visibility.
Wagner 4412A is the part number. 4412A
Had to splice them in but left enough wire to go back to stock if they didn't work.
They work pretty well at night but the aim is critical as the vertical cutoff is pretty distinct.
