Touring Rear Tire
07 StreetGlide - I put an 18" wheel on the front of the bike. I put a Dunlop Elite 3 tire on the front. The Elite 3 was a lower profile tire. Even though the rim got 2" bigger on the diameter the overall diameter of the tire didn't change. I am still using my stock rear wheel. I would like to find a tire that has the same type of "look" as my new front tire. The stock rear wheel is a 3" x 16". The stock rear tire is 25.71" diameter. I would love to find a tire that is around 24" diameter. Does anyone know where I might find this?

front tires
You say by putting on a lower profile 18" frt the od is the same as the stock one? I am thinking of putting an 18 on frt with a Metzler, and leave the rear 16 alone with just a metzler tire. I just dont want a lot of height issues, although I lowered the rear shocks by 1/2" so I may be able to fudge the front some and even the center of gravity. Curious to see the replies here.
