I really liked the look of the Black Diamond grips, I wanted more light up front, so I install the HD HID lamp, and also installed LED front and rear turnsignals, what a difference all this makes, you should see these at night!
How much time to you have on the grips? Comfortable? I've had them all the way to the dealership counter to pay for them and backed out numerous times questioning the comfort. Do tell.

Hi UltraKla$$ic, very nice bike you got yourself...for the grips, it wasn't for comfort, but for looks... but they aren't bad, you just have to get use to the rubber bands around them, when it gets cooler outside, I bet they're gonna be cold to grab, but should warm up after holding on to them
Everything looks very nice bro. As for the grips though, I was also interested in them, but went with the Ironsides full collection of footboards, shifter pad, and rear brake pad. Have you ever seen the Renthal grips from Performance Machine? They are also all black like yours, but have some high quality rubber on them.
You can find them at https://www.performancemachine.com/s...t/default.aspx
The thing is I dont know if they (PM) have them for the 08 models w/electric throttle yet. I did call the customer service back a few months ago, and they told me they would be out very soon. I have seen the way they look on a friends 07 SG, and I like them quite a bit. Not only do they look good, but they feel very comfortable while riding.
One other thing you could thing about adding is a nice set of HD black clutch and brake levers. With the black grips, and black inner fairing, it looks very classy!
