Does the road sofa and Sundowner sit you( the driver) higher up than the stock seat? I would think it would be better for the passenger to sit higher up for better visability.

I don't sit any higher in the road sofa or the sundowner, but with the sundowner I do sit just a bit farther forward. Maybe an inch or less. The passenger may have slightly better visibility when they sit higher, but they also catch a lot more wind, bugs, etc. My wife likes me to be her windbreak and bugshield............

It also changes the way the bike handles at low speeds to put the passenger's weight as much higher as what the road sofa moved her to.
