Do you mean songs that you have in iTunes (or your iPod)? Once those songs are in the software, it's pretty much only usable in iTunes or your iPod unfortunately. You might be able to Google and find a solution, but that's probably one of the biggest downsides to have an iPod as opposed to a Zune or other mp3 device.
Not much different with an aftermarket radio either unfortunately! Unless it's got built in iPod controls (alot of newer ones do), and you can still use the handlebar controls with them.
After several attempts I gave up on I-tunes. My PC came with a free version of Roxio Creator DE. Started playing around with it yesterday. Works like a charm. I just selected make mp3 CD, and selected songs from my I tunes library. Burned a CD with around 120 songs.
There is an option in I-Tunes to convert music to different formats. If you own the music you can easily convert any selections to MP3. I converted all my I-Tunes music to MP3, then I just copy what I want to burn to CD to another folder until it is close to 700 Mb, and finally use my Nero software to burn them to disk selecting the data format. I have up to about 180 songs on each CD.
Yeah -the question being asked isn't clear - and, technically speaking, doesn't really make sense. Can you provide some more info as to what you're asking and trying to accomplish Reeac?
There is a way to burn I-Tunes format (ACC) music files directly to a MP3 CD. In I-Tunes select "Edit" then "Preferances". There will be a bunch of tabs on the top of the screen that will open, select "Advanced". Then from the Advanced screen select "Burn". There are 3 options for burn format, the default is Audio CD with is your normal Music CD. Select MP3 format. Once you set that you can burn all your music to a CD in MP3 format and it should work in your radio. I have attached a screenshot so you can see what it looks like.
I personally convert all my music to MP3 just so I can use it where ever I want, not just on an IPod. There are issues with music you buy from I-Tunes being copy protected, but at usual there are ways around that I can walk you thought that if you need.
Let me know if this works or if I can do anything else to help.
Good to know. I personally haven't tried to burn directly from iTunes, but I have all my mp3's stored in a different location (as mp3's) so I just burn them that way. With iTunes can you burn the CD and have folders? I use that quite a bit (much easier with 135+ songs to sort through!), and from what I've seen, Windows Media Player and iTunes don't create CD's that way. I use Pinnacle InstantCD+DVD creator, never had any problems, and creates the music in the folders I want it to.
