If it sounds to good to be true it probably is. Sometimes these units are grey market and the US manufacturer usually has no warranty liability since it was not purchased from a US distributor.
The listing looks and sounds legit. However, that price sounds too good to be true. It would be a gamble to buy one I believe. The lowest price I've ever seen was just under $600 for a new not refurbished unit. If you buy it, make sure you have buyer protection from your credit card company.
You should also email the seller and ask some questions before you buy. If they communicate, it is a good sign.

Contact Garmin and see if they will honor the warranty of a unit bought off ebay. They're great units but a surprising number have gone in for service.
Check out gpscity.com in Vegas, great people. $623.00 new all warranties and the full package. All wiring, mounts etc. and the paper work so you can unlock your map source.
Type # 320285517996 in the "Search" box of above link does not work.
OK...Before we worry about warranties...look at the persons feedback...only 47...I know everyone has to start somewhere...but if you look at their feedback...it's a smattering of different things. This could be a new unit bought on a wholesale lot which seems like that's what this person is doin'...or who knows. I say Caveat emptor! Mike
