Navy Mustang

I believe the Street Glide shocks are 12". I would think that if you installed a 1" longer shock then installed a lowering kit that is 1" lower then you would have the same setup as stock.

I'm thinking about getting some take off 13" shocks and sending them to Bitchin Baggers to have them shortened to 12" while retaining most of the stock travel.

That way it won't change the angle of the shocks and maybe I'll get a much smoother ride also.

I don't know what the travel is for the 12" Street Glide shocks, but I'm researching it.

Tried these and have some issues regarding the design. I bought to bring the bike back to stock height with 13 inch Works shocks on a 10 RG. The first position didn't lower the bike to any degree and the seccond position wouldn't clear the collars on the shocks. I am trying to return them.
