One more thing, make sure you do the throttle calibration JUST LIKE THEY SAY TO, nice and smooth, wait one [1] second, then roll it back just as smooth. THAT, could be one reason the motor caughs a little, give it a try, reread the instructions and do just like they say.

I was using all V&H, true duals and mufflers with se ac. It was too loud for me. I went to se off road mufflers(got a good price) still too loud but I was using the map for the se mufflers as they only had 1 map for all the se mufflers. Changed mufflers se 64895-07a I think. Like I said that V&H has only 1 map for the 07 Ultra with Se mufflers. I reset the map, didn't change it. Now I mileage is up from 42 to 44-47 and have a lot more power over all. I will say the bike had more power with the V&H mufflers but they were just too loud for me.
Someone in time will figure out what each setting is for and then we can do our own maps.

Here is my long story. Bought a 06 FLHRCI last year new in the crate. Put Ovals, Fuelpak, and AN Big Sucka. Ran great. About 500 miles into it, was popping on decel, in between gears, and occasional backfire out of the air breather. I called V&H, very helpful, and had me increase #23 from 15 to 16. was a little better, but still not right. Stopped at an indy, and immediately diagnosed it; intake leak. Brought it to the dealer, they kept it for 2 days, and told me there was no leak, and said my warranty was void from the mods. Insisted i needed the stage1, i refused, and picked up my bike, they even charged me $15 for wasting their time. I was so heated. I called Harley Customer Service, and they basically told me they could, as they are individually owned. I called V&H again, they then upped the 23 to 50. Still had the SAME issue. V&H also tole me that there was an air leak somewhere. I brought it to another dealer. Told them everything. They checked the gaskets with some spray and they confirmed what I told them. The intake gaskets were bad. They replaced them. I brought it home, changed it back to the original #23 setting of 15. It is RUNNING LIKE A TOP. Not one pop AT ALL, Not one HICCUP from the air cleaner. ABsolutely perfect! I still have the original map(not stage1) and get about 45-49 MPG.

Thanks for the info. Did some more looking around and found out that porker mufflers are made by vance and hines. Looked at their mufflers and found part number 16741 is the same as porker 011007. Both these mufflers are the same but have different settings with the fuel pack. I will need to contact V&H on monday to see if this is true.
