If you are referring to the air wings that are on the side of the fairing. the answer is yes. They are some different since the 08 will not fit the 07's. Kuryakyn has them

The air wings (aftermarket) look similar to the 08 h-d ones and work great. The h-d ones for earlyer years are they kuryakin ones and look terible in my opinion.
I totally agree that the dragon fly wings look retarded! I have heard the 08 fit no problem to 07's and newer using the 3 holes. I was hoping that hd would have gotten smart and released them this year but some parts genius must have been to busy with all the 09 stuff!
The new style wind deflectors DO bolt right up to older bikes. You have the option of using 3 out of 4 the bolts to mount them or drilling a small hole in your inner fairing for the 4th bolt.
