I thinking of trading in my low rider for a 2009 street glide my dealer has two in stock does any one know what these are going for. msrp plus tax licence is that a good deal ?
also want to do the stage one kit with Rineharts should I do the true duels or just the slip on
I just traded for a 2009 Street Glide and paid $21,600 for one with Security System, ABS Brakes and Cruise Control. I have found other dealers a little less expensive but it was worth it for me to get the color and options I wanted and not have to ride thousands of miles first and risk being disappointed on what they offered for my trade in. And I absolutely love this bike!!!
Gee...you saved a whole $13 off MSRP...that dealer really hooked you up! No wonder they call them stealers ;-) I hope you at least got a free service and a t-shirt. BTW, what colr did you get?

Thanks Tim
I got mine: 2009 Street Glide Silver Denim security, cruise, HD grips, tinted lens on blinkers, detachable backrest, upright and paid out the door $22300. As fast as these things sell and with the big 105 here in town next week I feel I did pretty good. When I was at the dealership I heard a guy looking at a 09 SG and asking what the cost was the sales guy told him and then the guy said well how much after the rebates and discounts. The sales guy laughed and said with a totally new bike and the 105 three weeks away Harley nor the dealership is going to discount these bikes.
All and all I love this bike. I'm happy with the deal I got and will never dwell if I got a good price or not. If you can swing the payment, I never look back.
I would be shocked if anyone would "upgrade" from a earlier year HD and not say, WOW what a difference!. HD did a great job on these new tour bikes IMO.
$19900 out the door in NH...Vivid Black-no options...that is basically MSRP of 19k, plus a doc fee of 300 and an additional Freight and Setup Gaf of $600
