The fairing screws thread into a brass bushing which is pushed into the plastics. If you loctite the screws you will strip out the bushings. If the bushing is already loose, use some JB weld to lck it back in place.

I personaly wouldn't JBWeld them in. Try the new screw inserts. The part number for the inserts is #16585-96. You just put the screw in all the way useing the new insert, and then screw the entire unit into the hole. It has just the right amount oversize and the threads are on the outside so it grips up nice tight.
