Kevin and his dad did the teardown on Friday evening, and began assembly Friday night. The assembly was completed mid-afternoon Saturday.
Kevin used a DTT Twin Scan II+ and SERT to tune the bike Saturday afternoon and provide his dad with a good tune for break-in. His dad will ride the bike for 100-200 miles or so and return for further tuning--his dad needed to get home Saturday evening. Using the SERT software's hp/tq caluculator, the bike made 102 hp/122 ft. lbs tq. with SE a/c and stock exhaust headers and V&H slip-ons. His dad called me Sunday to let me know he loved the new package and that it's fast as hell.
For me, I spent Saturday in Kevin's garage giving my bike a good cleaning, particularly the chrome, after riding to Sandbridge Beach, VA for a beach week vacation, but enjoying Kevin and his dad working together on Billy's bike--very cool to see them together.
I need to do some riding now, but I'll post some more pics later today or tomorrow. If you want to know how these performance builds did on the 5000 mile trip (all delivered 40+mpg) you can read about it here:

And Dalton and PhilM posted threads with pics of the trip, also.

Thanks for the post Carl.

DADAWG--It was a top end build only. Given his dad's riding style, they are staying with the stock clutch set-up and bottom end.
