Thanks for the help "06 Stereo problems with MP3 disc"
Thanks everyone for the help and suggestions. I tried the discs in a couple of other MP3 players (not in a bike) and they worked fine. Talked to the service manager and he wants me to bring the bike in with the discs and they would take care of whatever needs to be done starting out with a re-flash and if that didn't work, a new unit.

The service manager asked me to bring the disc in when I bring the bike in for them to check and he wanted to try it in other bikes. There is definately a problem with the radio, I put the CD in just for the heck of it and it played after being in for awhile. Went out for a short ride a little later and it came up with a CD error again. Never read anything about anyone else having this problem. Friends figure my bike must have been built on a Friday and I should have asked for a Wednesday build.
