Trick to clean passing lamps
A friend told me about this trick to get rid of the foggyness in you passing lamps,
Take the bulb out of the lens, rinse with some white vinegar, then let air dry or use a hair dryer. Worked great for me!

You can also use alchohol to dry it. I put some soaked cotton ***** in there and swish them around for a little extra cleaning. Then pull them out with needle nose pliers or a pair of hemostats.
