Badlands Generation III Load Equalizer plug-n-play module = $69.95 delivered
I'll be ordering one this week.
Steve
After having trouble putting my LEDs from my 05 to my 09 and using several different LEs I bought this one. Mounted under the seat and it DOES NOT get hot...read...can use flashers all day if you want. Can also use as many LEDs with this baby and never need another equalizer....Really was plug and play too!
1156 bulbs are only for bright use. 1157 has a dim filament for a marker light as well.
They require differnt sockets, as the 1156 only has one contact button on it and 1157 have two. I changed my rear turn signal housings to match the front, so I"m running 1157's all around. FTR I've never seen a 'dual filament' 1156.
I just installed LED bulbs front and rear in my directionals, and my TSM/TSSM is not liking it at all. Same bulbs all around, but they are blinking 3-4 times normal and they go super fast. And the Security key is staying lit in the dash as well.

Load Equalizer?

I'm not 100% certain about this, but I remember something about after having replaced a blown bulb, you would have to convince the module that things were back to normal, by flashing the left and right turn signals in sequence, I think it was just back and forth from left to right about ten times or so. I don't have the paperwork to back it up, but it's worth a try.
Maybe it will stop the rapid flashing without the load equalizer and you can put that money toward beverages...
