electronic cruise
Im looking at a 1998 ultra that does not have cruise !!!
Can you install electronic cruise on this bike!!!
I see kits for the 2002 and up in the catalog but will they work on a 1998
PS it is fuel injected

No they will not fit
There are different kits. The '08 and '09 do not have the throttle actuator with cable (electronic throttle control) and only require the swapping of the right hand switch housing and the wiring up of the on/off switch. The cruse control is part of the ECU on all bike '02 and newer and must be enabled along with the installation of the requisite kit.
