Not being a 'wrench' and not being familiar with the bike I got the video as a supplement to the manual. They definitely work hand in hand and help to make things a little clearer. Also, the video gives little 'tricks of the trade' and explains why they do it which I personally feel is worth the price of the video.

I have it, and recommend it highly, but not unless you plan on buying the Service Manual and Parts Manual also. Its good to see someone else doing the job before you do it, but their torque settings may vary from what your bike needs, so always have the Service Manual. I DO NOT recommend the Bolt On DVD. Unless you plan on customizing your bike to match theirs, it's a total waste of money.
