Bad News! So I'm going out for one last ride before my trip to Indy and races, and all of the sudden, my bike won't start. It cranks and cranks, but won't fire up. Won't even try. It's injected, 2000 model. Pulled plugs, spark plug wires, everything looks good. Called my wrench and he said it sounds like a crank or cam sensor gone bad. Everything looks good, so no telling. Said he needs the computer and a trouble code to diagnose. Of course I'll have to get it in the trailer and haul it to town for him to get in to it. What a way to start a trip. Worrying about my bike the entire time. Not much I can do but just go, and try and enjoy it, and then deal with it when I return. Just ranting.... I know there's nothing anyone out there can do, but I've been looking forward to this trip for 2 months, and now the day before I'm ready to leave, this crap happens. So much for good, clean living...
