OK, so I take about 165 songs, all in order by Artist. I burn them to a CD as Data. When I put it in the radio it plays without a problem, except, the order is all different!
Anyone have this problem? Know a solution? Use a program that works?
Using Nero or Roxio software should allow you to create a CD project (containing the 165 songs) and see in what order they appear prior to actually burning on to the CD. You should also be able to changed the sorting/order of the songs, within the CD project, before actually burning the CD. Give that a try.
If you want to make sure they play in a specific order you might want to add a number to beginning of each name, otherwise Windows will arrange them in a folder in alpha order and you burning software will do the same thing.
Or you can just use iTunes like I do to burn a mp3 Cd. There's even a random option so you don't have to listen to your song un alphabetical order.
I've used Itunes in the past, but only been able to get 15-20 songs per CD. Is there some special trick to get 165 songs on a single CD. That would be awesome.
You can burn a mp3 CD withiTunes, in the preferences, go in the advance tab and select burn mp3 CD instead of music CD and you'll be able to burn 150+ songs on a disc. I have 147 song on a CD burned with iTunes.
