Default Watch out!!!!!!!!!!

I was just hit this past Friday night by a 17 yr old C--T talking on a cell phone that tried to leave after hitting me in the middle of town!!!!!!!! She came shooting out of a alley talking on a cell phone and looked right at me and continued on out at about 8 feet. I took the hit by her front drivers tire and door area dropping me instanly.

She then started screaming and took off dragging my bike 90 degrees around ripping the windshield off and grinding the bike on the road. I only hit her at about 15-20mph, but it was enough. I slammed into her car with my right shoulder and hip and landed with my arm and head under/near her car. I felt her starting to leave and jumped off the road to the side. Thankfully some people watching saw her leaving stopped her at the intersection where she was trying to leave and took her keys.

The cops arrived and did not ticket her but wrote the AR stating she was totally at faulty for pulling into the flow of traffic, not yielding to the flow of traffic, and attempting to leave the scene. The RO stated that her Ins. will w/o question pay for all for she was at fault. We will see this week.

So be careful out there for they do not look for us or care!!!!!!! Bike has mostly cosmetic damage, fairing, windshield, engine guard, highway peg, saddle bag guard. Myself, new pair of BVD's and a few Bud Lights and I will be OK. Bag of ice for the beer and I will share it on my shoulder and hip.

That little b!@ch needs to be taught a lesson. She should have at least spent the night in the clink and loose her license for a year.

Heal quick and get a lawyer or her ins co will try to screw you.

How did she not get a ticket for failing to yield to oncoming traffic??? I would be pissed that she got off that ticket.

After seeing that she dragged your bike and tried to leave, he should have given her more tickets for that alone. Get a good lawyer and forget the repair, get a new bike instead.
Your lawyer can then prove she was on a cell phone at the time and you can win a nice settlement. Take it, it's yours to be had!

I have some friends from Scotland and he told me that in his country it is a very large fine if you are caught driving while talking on a cell phone. We might need something like that here.
Glad you came out as good as you did!

Fookin' cell phones!!
Hope you're ok.
Get a good lawyer and sue her and her parents until they can't see straight.

I had a similar experence, I was riding in a construction zone at about 20mph and some guy in an SUV pulled out from a side street and hit in the right rear, spun the bike around and I went sliding on my butt, ruined a good pair of jeans and a wallet. A wittnes called 911, the driver kept going, but did come back. My insusrance totaled my Gold Wing, and had a check in my hands within a week. I than bought my eguc.
