Glad that you're ok. It's been two years since a good friend of mine got hit by You guessed it a teenage girl trying to beat a light turning red. She cut in front of him, he flew 40 feet . She tried to run but was stopped.She didn't even have a license. He is now paralyzed from the waist down thanks to her. She could care less and has nothing but attitude.She's been in trouble with the since and still isn't in jail. I just hope the parents of the girl that hit you has good insurance to take care of you and your bike. Once again I'm glad you will get better soon.

I work both on and off a bike all day. Im the situation where there is an accident and i can determine who is at fault or responsible I always charge them. I am notorious for issuing multiple tickets to driver that cause accidents. In Ga if you are in an accident and are on the phone that is another ticket. I always ask to see the phone and I check the recent calls log. Not illegal if you have consent. I then tell them why I did it. I will always treat both bikes and cars the same. If the car hurts the bike or the bike hurts the car. I have been hit 4 times on a bike in 12 years and fortunately they havent been bad or my fault. Every time the cage has gotten a ticket. You can do whatever is necessary for you to feel that you have been done right.

that little c**t should be issued a couple tickets, I would contact the states attorney from the county you live in and demand she be written for failure to yield to avoid an accident,also trying to leave the scene of an accident,which i believe would be hit and run. and than sue here. don't be nice to little f**king c**ts if you teach her lesson now she might grow up a little smarter. They think they can get away with any thing these days. MAKE IT A POINT TO HER !!! Good Look
