Meaning that there is not much different between the PCIII and Fuelpak heat or Fuelpak heat and stock?

I love mine. Had to call techsupport for a pinging I heard when just starting to roll on the throttle at 50-60 mph. One call and the tech had me change a few numbers - no more pinging. Mileage is ~42 two-up, ~45 just me. I couldn't be any happier!

I plan on installing the Fuelpak as soon as my '09 Monster Ovals and V&H AC get here.

I've got it on mine...V&H Ovals, Stage 1. Runs great. I have some popping on decel if I come down from a high RPM...but I like the sound, so I'm keeping it the way it is.

Yep, PC III, V&H Lonshots & the SE AC. Definately a nice little power increase too!

Anyone who complains is not using V&H pipes. If you use their pipes you will be happy. Easy to install, I had a little popping on decell tech support was helpful. If you don't want to do any other work on your bike like cams or such you can't beat the price. I have it on my 08

I tried one and like it, easy to set up. More Power Racing, 219.00 no shipping / no tax from Wa. to Fl. in 2 days. Also have a PCIII on my 05' and like it too, just alittle more money. I think on the 08' with the PCIII you have to eliminate the O2 sensors so my 08' got the FuelPak

I have one on my 08 RKC w/ SE air cleaner and V&H ovals and it works great, extremely simple to set-up and inexpensive. As you see though, some have not had as good of luck...I think mostly when you get outside one of their standard combinations or have more extensive mods. Probably depends upon your long-term plans....basically stock or more mods. I am planning on adding an O2IED from Nightrider to reduce some heat from the lean...I will report back to the forum on how that works.

What about the heat issue? What does the Fuelpak do for heat? I hear the PCIII makes it a little cooler.
