Put one on my 07 Road Glide. Did not like the unit and really was disappointed in the lack of support. They were not willing to discuss what each of the settings. I replaced it with a Power Commander III which I bought from Jamie at Fuel Moto www.fuelmotousa.com. I really like how easy it is to use and make adjustments.
I have had two of them, one on each of the Harley's I have had, both have worked perfectly. Fuel Paks are easy to install and to program. They are a good choice for those that do not plan to do more than a Stage 1. Of course you can always sell it down the road if you decide to do more to your engine at a late time.
I like mine for what it is, it did make a nice performance difference. Most of the complaints are from those who try to manipulate it when V&H doesn't have a map for their configuration. My advice, for what it's worth, if you are just changing exhaust and air cleaner, any tuner including Fuel Pak will do, just make sure they have a map for your specific modifications. If they don't, I recommend another tuner, my personal choice would be PCIII, but there are plenty of others out there.

They have a map for my config. I have V&H pipes, so it should work. I am just changing the exhaust and air cleaner, so I think it will work. I'm not looking to change a whole lot more in the future. This will be sufficient (so I say now).
I agree, they didnt have a map for my exact set up, I am now so frustrated with bad performance and service that I am going to can it and spend hard earned $$$ on another system.
I use one and they don't have a map for my exact setup. My dealer (who sold me the fuelpak) suggested which setup would match for my CFR slipons so I used that. The bikes runs great and I have no complaints.
Had one, not that impressed. Couldn't get rid of the decel popping at all. Tech support had me make some changes, still popped. Won't tell you what each setting means. Went with Jamie at Fuelmoto, modified Rush baffles, Power Commander, and SE air. Couldn't be happier. Sounds and runs great. Not that much diff. in heat control.
