I had to deal with them once before and they took care of my issue.
My bike was still under warranty and the dealer said it would be a couple of weeks before they could get to it so I contacted Radio Sound and they said I could remove it and send it in for repair.
Yeah I was out $20 for shipping and insurance but I had it (actually a replacement) back in the bike in about a week.
