I think I just filled them up to somewhere between 25-30lbs. I'm 200lbs, ahem, maybe a few more, and I ride with my 12yr old daughter a lot, she's whatever 12yr old girls weigh.
The rear of the bike seems good there but the front end is spongy. Probably some better oil in the forks and some firmer springs would fix that, I wish the bike would have come with that end better done.

If my wife is on the back who only weighs 345 lbs I run them at 20 LBS, when I ride solo only 2 LBS.
It all depends, do you like a stiff or soft ride, play around with the setting, find your sweet spot and then stick with it.
