our highway speeds are only 65-70 mph in NJ...where legally can you drive 90-100mph? maybe your going too fast? these are NOT sport bikes ride accordingly

Can you define "wobbly" and under what circumstances you felt it (i.e. load, road conditions, heavy or light crosswinds, curve or straight, any significant mods, etc.)?

Regardless, they should be stable right up to their top speed.

hey man ignore the speed limit idiots its your bike and if your willing to risk the tickets ride as hard as you want.Ive posted this same thing 3 times and allways get the want to be cop guys comments.
Ive had two roadking customs and both have bad wobble at 110 to 120 range.Ive tried one so called cure but now luck.Personally I think its in the frontend geometry.I think the 28 degree rake makes the front to lite, yes they turn easy.Ive not tried the harder bushiings yet,I plan on trying them but doubt they will realy fix the highspeed wobble.
Ive read lots of threads about this and it seems most are concerned about the wobble in corners, which I have had but nothing like the front tring to past the rear at real speeds.Good luck and let me know if you find true reason for problem.

Wow, your calling someone who rides 65-70 an idiot, but not someone who rides 100mph. I think we have a real MENSA candidate here.

Um hey look guys,I dont wanna get into a whole debate here about what the speed limits are & what not, maybe Im on a closed road course,& I can do what I like-so lets go with that as an example.
Ya the front end gets light-as if the handle bars wanna go left to right at a very high rate. But the odd thing is,is that sometime I feel it at lower speeds, say around 70mph,& other times I dont feel it till like 100mph[yes Im still riding on the "closed road course]
So im guessing its just the way these things are-No they are NOT Sport bikes,I was just kinda curious,Id like to get rid of it!

Personally - I think the WHOLE wobble things is more or less a myth. There are so many freakin' factors that contribute to a wobble - which I've never had on my 02 Road King Classic at any speed - with ONE exception - when I put a full size windshield on it. It doesn't start wobbling, but a good batch of dirty air can certainly give it a wobble, which, at speed, can cause it to grow into a big wobble if I don't control it adequately (usually by backing down my speed for a little bit).

Honestly - you can count a dozen or so possibilities for a wobble on this - or any bike for that matter; I don't believe for a minute there are any "inherent" wobble problems with HD touring bikes regardless of the fact that many folks sell the different stabilizer kits.

Examples:
-wheels & tires - proper inflation?
-wheels & tires - any damage to the rims or tire itself?
-wheels & tires - proper balance? (try dyna beads for perfect balancing & no wheel weights)
-motor mounts - in tact? Damaged by oil & not performing as it should?
-handlebars - what kind of crap do you mounted on them? (think aerodymanics) are the bushings good? Do you have wides? apes?
-The way you're seated on the bike. Leg positioning? Do you have giant feet/boots (again, think aerodynamics); are you a heavy or light person?
-How are you holding your grips? Tight? Loose?

Seriously - there are so many freakin' possiblities that can cause a two wheeled vehicle to wobble...and I believe troubleshooting and finding the faulting component(s) is the best (and cheapest) way to go. Experiment. You'll find it and save yourself $400 for one of those goofy kits.
