Decisions: Security? Profile Wheels?

just got home from local shop with 2 09 street glides on the floor..1 in dark blue pearl ,the other black pearl..the blue one had the laced profile wheels...its a no brainer imo..YES TO THE PROFILE WHEELS!!! the one with cast wheels looked dull in comparison

For the extra 450 bucks I'd personally go for the wheels if you like em. You wont find a set of laced rims like those brand new for that price. I personally don't like mags but thats me. As for the security, I think its a pain in the *** to carry the fob seeing thats its so big. Like others here say, its more of a keyless ignition than a security, at least till you add the siren. I leave my bike unlocked where ever I go, I have no fear of it being stolen but then again I live in a nice neiborhood and my bike is garaged every night, also I ride mostly in northern NH where crime is unheard of. I locked my ignition maybe 3 times this whole summer

take the 500.00 you'd save on the laced wheels....and whatever you may save on the keyless ignition and put it towards a nice set of crome mags, whether chrome factory or aftermarket. Just my .02
