Just wanted to say thanks and remind anyone looking for an amp, speakers or radio to hit up Firecap.
I had posted a few questions here and other forums about amps - Firecap contacted me and gave me the scoop on the amps I was asking about. I told him I wish I had the cash for an Arc Audio system, because everything I read -- not only with bikes but in cars as well...these systems kick a$$ and are priced much better than Hawg Wired.
Well I settled on another amp I could afford and Firecap told me I would be good to go with what I had. Well, the man ends up sending me a follow up email to see how my install went and if I liked how the amp sounded...I plan on installing it tomorrow so decided to ask him for a few pointers. I never bought his system so I wasn't sure how much tech support he would help me out with.
his response was - let me know the dimensions of your amp, give me a call and i can give you some guidance.
Man, this day an age - you just don't see that. I know we all ride here and take care of each other, but business is business.
So thanks to Firecap, if anyone is looking for a audio upgrade I suggest you contact him. he's got a great product and a tremendous amount of knowledge and customer support.
Waynes a great guy. Wish all "companys" were such a pleasure to deal with. Not only did I get some great stuff from him, I also got a good friend out of it. (thats sounds alttle cheezy) Anyway, I agree. If anyone needs some audio stuff, hes the guy to see.
Wayne hooked me up with an amp and four speakers and the customer service is fantastic. I am hoping to meet up with Wayne this next week for lunch and a run to the Oklahoma line. I have for sure found my audio man.

cap is a straight up fine fella. i hacve had many conversations with him and buy or not he is here for the biker. when he rides to tn he has a cot waiting for him!!
+10 I found Wayne to be very friendly and eager to help. His ARC systems are incredible. I really wasn't a big "stereo" person but wanted more volume for highway speeds. I installed the system Wayne recommended and I was so impressed it kind of brought out the high school kid in me and every time I ride I am blazing my stereo. It really sounds awesome. So awessome, this 'non-stereo" guy had to finally break down and get a Ipod so I could have more tunes with me. For you guys that have been thinking about a stereo upgrade but are not sure about the install call Wayne. No matter how mechanicaly challenged you might be he is very happy to walk you through the install, its really easy with his help.
Thanks for the props guys. I treat people the way I want to be treated. This world needs more personal service and that is what you will get from me. You wont talk to a machine or someone from outside the country and you will always talk to me. You will not talk to some one different everytime you call.
Mr. Haze. you going to call me or what? LOL your message said you were going to call this morning and my phone has not rang yet.
