My dealer just gave me a quick quote:
10hrs labor * $75
parts * $759
stage II download $159
primary gasket $??
+ tax
Looks like it would probally be $1,864.00
But, I found the kit on line for $600 and going to shop around for the install.
That sounds like a good deal if thats labor included.... I am having mine done soon and payed $1,600.00.. but only paying for about 6 hours labor... The stage 2 should come with cams, jugs,pistons.. the stage one should be with out cams,, just jugs and pistons. either way,, you will be happy. You could always buy the parts online then just pay HD for labor,, might be a little cheaper..

The MOCO had all different Stage 1 packages and Stage II package. Some Stage 1 kits come with heads, cams, air cleaner, cylinders,....even clutch spring. Yet some Stage II kits just come with the pistons/rings and cylinders.
There is no "set in stone" description for a stage 1 or stage II. It all depends on what the part number of the kit is, and they have quite a few for each family...taking the 96" out to 103" or 110".
