The "blemish" was some minor chrome flaking on the weld joints. I can fix it for a couple bucks and a few minutes. Paid like $175.00 delivered. He shipped fast. I put them on tonight and they sound exactly like a Harley Dresser is supposed to sound. Nice rumble at idle and a good bark at about 3-4K. Not obnoxious at all. Sorta tough sounding. All in all a great deal.
I have the exact same pipes on my '08 Ultra. I could't find any blemishes at all, and I'm VERY satisfied with them. Especially after looking at other $500-$600 slip-ons that look almost identical. I've got 10,000 miles on em and they still look great.
