Gettin Screwed!!!!
rjcsnappy tell us all how he can be helped! streeglide 07 pull your outer fairing and check your mount brackets. sounds like you have broken brakets and maybe broken front motor mount.

Somehow I think this story is missing something??? Dealer did the work but wont warrant the work? Cylinder walls scorn, oil pump failed, leaks probably due from shop work. For one it sounds like you may be experiencing crank slippage, low oil pressure, junk pump, worn out piston and rings. HD doesnt or hasnt learned how to deal with a customer after the sale.Sounds like your dealer isnt on your side either. Customer service is made to follow guidelines usually not in your favor either. Being a nice guy will get you nothing, learn how to kick and scream beyond chat rooms like this. Start by filing a complaint w/ NHTSA and with your states attorney.HD will have to answer the complaint eventually! Both are free and will get you beyond C/S level if you still own the bike. Talk to a lawyer about a lemon law suit and if you use this route, make sure the bike isnt resold as a used bike!
I would have an attourney suggest to the dealer that maybe their "warranty" repair
for the "blowing blue smoke" caused the gasket leak.....which in turn
cracked the engine case.
If the case was not cracked before the warranty repair, then maybe the case was a manufacturer defect......repairable under warranty?
(I am not an attourney.....but an attourney would love a case against Harley.)
The dealer will fess up I would bet.

Basically they just blew me off, even though they were installed at time of delivery, and are under the 2 year warranty.
The only problem with that is that the consumer would run out of "lawyer money" long before the MOCO would.
