Default Bluetooth Bike to Bike - SCALA RIDER Q2

The wife and I have two Street Glides, and after she yelled at me three or four times during this weekends trips to Biketoberfest, I decided to invest in some communication equipment. After doing the research on the forum on Saturday evening, we ran back up to the Speedway this morning, and purchased the SCALA RIDER Q2 Bike to Bike set from Cruisin' Gear.

They didn't have it in stock, so Tim was nice enough to pick up the shipping costs and send it to me during the next week.

I'll let you guys know the first hand results when they arrive in the net 5-7 business days.

BTW...Tim gave me instructions on how to make it work on half helmets, you just need to sew a little piece of material in the ear flap to allow the earphones to mount.

I like them, they work great and are easy to use.

Just one problem we have found and that is the charge time. On a full days ride you will have five hours of talk and another three of four hours of yelling again!

Another vote for the BlueAnt. Bike to Bike, or passenger and cellphone...but we have better things to do than talk on cellphones !!

You might want to talk to Scala about that. My "team rider" setup will last more than 12 hours, & a friend that just used his new Q2 set on the way to Biketoberfest got better than 8 hours & his were still working strong when they got here.

Blueant here, works great except for eating up the battery in Intercom mode. Customer Service is A+ also.
