Shrink, I wired my HD saddlebag lid spoiler/LED's to function as run/brake/turn signals--they come from HD wired to be run/brake, but not turn signals. I used the HD module that converts the turn signals to run and brake lights while retaining the turn signal functions, and spliced the saddlebag LED's to the outgoing turn signal wires from the module. You can consult the wiring diagram for your bike to identify the wire color used for left and right turn signals. Since the module delivers run and brake light power to the turn signals, while retaining the turn signal function, the LED's spliced into the turn signal wires get the same functions. You also will need to splice into a ground wire for each light. Sounds more complicated than it is.
You should be able to do the same thing with the accessory light you posted. Simply split the circuit so the lights function seperately and splice into the HD module turn signal and ground wires.
Good luck with your project.
P.S. You could do the same thing with the TP lights after splitting the circuits for the lights--they're on a common circuit with no diffentiation left/right. I almost did this with the side and rear lights on my King TP, but decided it wasn't worth the trouble since the TP is on my bike no more than 14 or so days per year.
I have the Badlands run/turn/ brake controller installed and can do what you ar etalking about. Here's what I need to confirm. The stock rear turn signals are single filament (one ground wire, one power wire). The lights on the license plate light kit are dual filament and have 2 wires on each. I think they are using the mounting surface as ground, not sure yet. So I think both of the wires coming off of the "new" lights are for low and high intensity. If I wire the low side to running lights circuit, do I wire the other wire to each signal circuit?
Does the run/brake/turn controller send out a "signal" to both signals when you apply the brakes? Not exactly sure how that works.
