So far I really like the looks of the new SG with the Black Pearl color.. however as there sem to be tons of touring bikes sporting this color I was wondering if anyone has seen fit to enhance their bike either with ghost colors for flames, striping, etc...
While I like the clean lines of the Street Glide, I've been toying with the idea of adding a splash of color to help make my SG stand out from the others.
Thinking about something simple that is noticable from the opposite lane on the highway or parking lot. Now, what exactly that is... I don't have the answer. Yet.
I saw a SG at the harley dealer a few week ago in the parking lot that had some real subtle red flames done and it was awesome looking. I wish I would have had a camera to show you.
My dad had green real fire done on his SG and it looks sweet. I will try to snap some pics sometime and post em. I also put some graphics on my 09 SG in black pearl, but can't post the pics till the bike is done.
Why is it we can't just leave well enough alone. We all have to make those subtle little changes to say "it's mine" and nobody else there has one like it. Keep up the good work my friends, that's what it's all about.... See you out there on the road. Hey, I'll be the one with the flames.....
