For anyones info - I bought a set of fork mounted wind deflectors this weekend for my 09 Ultra. They fit perfect and did not hit the crash bar or the lowers. I also see the lowers if needed could be slid outward. Made a world of difference on stopping the updraft of air under the fairing. PN - 58121-85B

Can you take a few pictures? I too live in Central Florida, and when it gets under 65, we get cold here. Might also help in the rain, most of the time I only get wet on my knees from the spray between the lowers and the batwing.

I've had them on my '06 for two years without problems. You may have to loosen the spot lamp bracket and move forward. I have about 1/4" clearance at full lock between the lowers and fork deflectors.

Pretty much everyone I know in Mn riding Ultra's have them for fall riding.

Thanks for the fast reply, I gotta have some now! I wonder why they don't push these for the bikes with lowers?

I have them on my EGC...they help some, however don't stop all of the cold air...You will need leather for that...

I think the problem here is everyone is commenting on 2 different things. There are fork mounted wind deflectors (2 of them - 1 on each side) and then there is a front fork air baffle that mounts at the top of the fork, right below the fairing. I think the OP was asking about the baffle. I've got one and it helps but doesn't totally eliminate the air sneaking up from under the batwing.

The deflectors that go on the outside of the forks work great for stopping the updraft of wind that hits you on the arms, chest, shoulders, etc. Mine never did anything for stopping wind on the legs. And yes they do fit on the Ultra.
