Default Very Nice LOWERS

Hey Guys,

I normally don't plug any product unless I myself am pretty impressed with it and I just installed a set of lowers on my bike today that are really really nice.

Great quality, secured by heavy duty velcro (no snaps, no zippers, no metal) Yea I know there is cheaper out there but if you are one of those guys who put quality over price, take a look at these. Anyway, I'm glad I got em.. Took about a week from Canada.

Just ordered a set! Very good price. Wish I had them coming over the Cascade Mountains last Sunday night in about 40 degree weather. Thanks for the post.

Let me know when your Garage Door Opener is ready.

Also, Tom from the Lowers product will likely email you installation instructions, because they aren't included with the lowers themselves. Trust me, you may need them. I had them backwards trying to put them on until the instructions made it real easy. Doh!

I picked up a set from them on EBay for half the price of the HD soft lowers. They should be here in the next few days.

Got any pics? I saw what they have on the site, but I'd like to see how they attach. I really like the idea of being able to take them off quick whenever I want, where ever I want and to be able to store them in the bags is great. I wear shorts most of the time here in SoCal and I hate when my boxers are showing while riding. Have you ever had hard lowers? How about a comparison? Also, how about movement? Are they solid with no movement while riding?

As you can see, I'm basically asking for a little review because I'm very close to pulling the trigger on these.

I'm waiting on my set. They should be here this week. I like the Velcro idea.

The hard lowers give a lot more knee protection and seem to cut though the wind better than the soft lowers on my Road Glide, I use the soft lower's in the heat of the summer or did till I modded the glove box's on my RG to accept Pez's lower's speaker kit this last week, so the hard lower's will be staying on from now on The soft lowers work great in my mind they do catch a little air (think sail's) but not that bad one other thing is it takes all the air pressure of your feet when you go to brake, that surprised me for some reason lol! For the money they are well worth the money for when you get hit with rain or are running down wet roads after a rain storm or do some cold weather riding!

I looked at those before I ordered a set for my roadglide..
End up with a set or Airlite lowers.
Instead or 2 pieces , they are one long piece that install on Lt crashbar and then behind the front fender over the Rt side crash bar. A large section of open mesh in front of the engine allows cooling.

Default Quick review and Pics

I rode today for about 3 hours and this was the first time I had these lowers on the bike. All I can say is that the outside temp was dipping below 40 and I was pretty comfortable. I do believe the lowers made a big difference to helping to keep me warm. I averaged about 50 mph and did highways speeds too and these lowers were rock solid. No movement whatsoever. I am pleased with them. They come with a nice storage bag too so you can fold them flat and store them in a saddlebag easily. here's a few photos:
