I don't know why, but once in a while I get an email from eBay offering a discount on purchases, usually 10%. This time, I got the 15% discount and it was only good for two days with a $100 max discount. When I checked out, PayPal indicated the full cost going to the seller and only showed the reduced cost on my credit card. I hadn't bought anything on eBay for a while, so I guess they wanted me to buy something.
