You have to be warry about anything on eBay. You also need to watch/look at these rotors well to find out if they are in fact "Full floating" or "Semi floating" rotors. The upgrade rotors HD sells are just semi-floaters. True full floaters you can easily manipulate the friction rings and they will rattle on the carriers. Semi floaters can not be moved apart from the carriers. I would stick with known brakes rather than "Joe's Brakes" on eBay, but that is me. I won;t go cheap on brakes or tires

Excellent,I believe in good brakes too,Harley does not make a true floating rotor as stated,I would get them from a trusted source such as http://www.lyndallracingbrakes.com/

Good looking Rotors to be sure, but at $1,100.00/pair, I don't think so.

Those are great looking rotors, but at $660 a pair, they aren't an option either. I priced some at $200.00 a pair.

I just put a set of HD vivid black "floating" rotors on my bike. I'm nearly done with the Brembo Conversion on my 07. Brake lines should be here in a couple days. I know these are not high end full floating rotors so you don't need to tell me that. However, they only cost just over $230 for the set. Personally, I like them. With the new Brembo brakes and Lyndall pads, my bike should be stopping well soon. The reason I'm doing the upgrade is because I ride mostly 2up and loaded with gear. I'm just about maxing out the bike. The stock brakes were marginal at best.

Both of my bikes are equipped with Lyndall pads on stock rotors, after getting used to not locking both ends up,stopping is not an issue anymore. That is: most of the time,I have always been very aggresive, and tend to ride a little too fast. There have been times when both tires are at their limits of traction trying to scrub speed.Brakes are the first thing anyone considering more power should upgrade. You cannot truly enjoy hotrodding without adequate brakes.
