I've gone with Metzlers front and rear. Their pressures are a higher than what HD specs in the manual. Is it better to follow the tire mfr or the MoCo's advice? i can't remember the results of the Explorer rollover trials :-)

I just put a Metzler on the back of mine & the dealer said that the Metzler Rep. told them to run the pressure (back) at 50 # I thought that was alot and might give a very hard ride but that is not the case at all... it feels very nice.
With Dunlops I had 38 frt/ 40 back 2 up.
what is the recommended tire pressure , front and back, 07 ultra classic, checked mine today and the front is 30 and rear is 38, don't have a manual so who better to ask than the experts on here, thanks !!
the owners manual is all u need. for best tire wear, stay on top of that air pressure.
