Clearview or Windvest would be the way to go in my opinion. I have the Clearview and luv it but the Windvest looks like you could go to a shorter windshield because of the difference in the recurve.

I was wondering about the klockwerks in reference to the passenger as well. I don't do a lot of up but when I do I don't want the complaints.

I'm 5'7" and put on a 7" CeeBailey's smoked gray. Works great.

Memphis Shades.
Bought 9" for an 07 FLHX. Thicker and better than stock.
No effect from wind buffet.

now what to do with the 4" garbage shield the bike came with.. any ideas? hehe

I tried a 6" Clearview and a 8" but the buffeting was still too great for my taste. I tried a Cee Baileys SSC and it came as close as can be to eliminating the buffeting. There is still a little bit but much better than the Clearview Recurve in that regard.

I'm 5'10" and installed a Clearview 8" smoked with recurve. It is perfect for me using the backrest, but with my penchant for slumping without the backrest the shield's height forces me to sit more upright. I don't like looking through a windshield unless it is raining hard. I would think the next size up (9˝") might be too tall for you, but that's just a guess.

think I found my Holy grail! Tried my new 9.5 Clearview Recurve today. Holy crap it's perfect up to 60 mph. Had my kid with me so I did not go faster yet. It is great! I'm 5'10" , with 31 inseam and stock seat. Look over it just right or threw it if I need too by slumping a bit. Should have bought this first!
