I've tried the 2 piece, still like the one piece suit for really keeping dry, if its the right size not usually a problem getting into it, not like the 2 piece crap we have been using, took my wife to help me into mine, so I just got the thermo one piece from first gear recently and tried it on in the house with my leathers, no problem at all, good fit, going to get another for my wife as well
+1 for the Tour Master suit. I have had mine for over a year and love it. I have not gotten wet yet wearing it and I have ridden in rain with temps in the upper 30's. Kept me warm and dry.

I went with the Tour Master. Love the fit, but it is HOT inside.

What model Tourmaster? I'm leaning towards getting the Tourmaster Sentinel w/ Nomex on the pants for about $140 shipped.. I know there's cheaper sets (had them myself) but I'd rather get something better that breaths in summer and helps keep you warm in cool weather too. When you ride a trip, it can rain for more then a day and then you'll (I'll) appreciate something a bit better...
Well over what you want to spend, but I have the HD Gore-Tex two piece rain suit and love it. I've ridden all day in the rain and not a drop gets through.
I bought a Eddie Bauer set from Target a few years ago... Doesn't breathe well, but it works in a pinch for $20. I've used it 8-10 times with no problems (besides sweating my @$$ off)
Thanks for everyone's help and suggestions. I just got a good deal on the TourMaster Sentinel set, Jacket and Nomex insert pants for $121.00 including free shipping. I couldn't pass that deal up as most others sellers were another $20-25 or more for the same items.

Anyone interested in a brand new Tourmaster Defender 2-Piece suit in Red / Black size XL, let me know. I'll sell if for $40 plus $5 for shipping. The jacket is around a size 48 chest and the pants are 36-40 expandable. jacket expands too some. I have it on ebay right now but will sell it here if anyone wants it. It cost me closer to $65 to buy. You can click the link below in my signature to go to my mufflers then click to see my other auctions for the page with the rainsuit.
I've got frogg toggs. Aside from keeping you fairly dry they suck. A real pain to get on and off and hot, which is not so bad if it is cool out, and not very comfortable to me. But I hate riding in the rain anyway so I'm not looking for anything different right now, I just keep them for emergencies, but I'm sure I will be eventually.
