Use your slowest burn speed available, you will know
when you try to run the software.
Stay away from version V8.19 use the V8.9 version.

I originally had v8.11 installed, but it had very irritating source-memory problems. For example, if you powered down with the MP3 player playing you might start back up in AM radio, or whatever. It was hit-and-miss, but mostly never started back up in the mode used when last powered down--and subsequent versions seem to have fixed this problem. I went to v8.18 (beta version, never released to the public), then 8.19 when it was released.
After running v8.19 for a while I tried v8.09 on Pez's recommendation, but became weary of its quirk of making the clock run fast. V8.09 also had the same source-memory problem that plagued v8.11, which was much more irritating than the fast-clock issue. I knew about the fast-clock flaw going in and although it reportedly makes the clock 5 min./mo. fast, mine was only 3 min./mo. This version also has some issue with the CB radio, although my bike has no CB so I can't verify this.
I haven't been able to tell any difference between 8.9 and 8.19 in sound quality, including 8.19's reported tendency to reach clipping (distortion) earlier. I've had 8.19 installed now for about six months, and the source-memory problem is gone. I'm happy with this version with the HT speakers (fairing only) and amp.

thanks for the email pez i will definately be back in touch with you prob be first of the week and again thanks also would you recomend the dynaxsorb to line the fairing with to help with the sound
You'll need to call Pez to order the amp individually. I would also like Pez's take on the Dynaxorb or other similar products.
