A picture is worth a thousand words! Go figure! I don't see any mention in the other posts or in the Service Bulletin of a change in bolt size. Mine was fine and the bolts appear to be 3/8" but I'm not an expert. Mine is a late model 05. Maybe that's the difference. The picuture in the Service Bulletin does look like the new mount hole is smaller. But when I changed mine out I was not aware of any difference.

Again I say that the bolt in your pictures appears to have a different thread. The HD p/n for the bolt s/b 3512.

PM the guys in the other post and see if thay can be of more help. I'm sorry that I cannot.

To follow up,
the hole in the old mount is 1/2 inch and the hole in the new mount is 3/8 inch. I ordered the new mount from Zanati and asked them to send me a new bolt as well. I did not know the part number. The bolt they sent was 1/2 inch. Fits perfect in the old mount. I have flown and worked on airplanes and helicopters all my life, and never have I seen a 3/8 bolt used in a 1/2 inch bushing. I can only assume that the larger bolt is to be used in the old mount and the smaller bolt is ONLY to be used in the new mount.

I would like to know what setup everyone else has.

The 1/2 inch bolt does have a course thread and the 3/8 bolt has a fine thread.
