Just got my Hogtunes installed. Very well pleased and what a SOUND. A very good investment on 06 Bikes. I understand that these speakers are NOT suited to Pre-06 bikes as indicated on the box they came in. Thanks PEZ for a good product and excellent Service.......hdman
I installed mine yesterday, big difference, why is HD not using these speakers from the factory, I mean for the price of a new bike come on. I have done alot of upgrades to my bike but this is the best $100 spent yet.
Thanks for the info PEZ. I haven't ventured into taking the fairing apart to look at the oem parts. The grill looked small and I was afraid the 6.5 was going to be too large. I wasn't aware of the Hog Tunes until I saw this thread. Thanks for the input, I'll check them out. I always research the heck out of something before spending the hard earned cash. That is why I like these forums...personal experience from riders who have already spent their cash and provided their true opinion of the product.
I can tell you one thing DeathWind, you won't find a vendor who is more responsive or better to deal with than Pez. I purchased the HogTunes 2 ohm speakers after reviewing some info on this board. I ordered them on 3/31 (last weekend wasn't a good weekend for Pez) and rec'd them on 4/6. This may seem stupid BUT even though I haven't installed the speakers yet, I would recommend HogTunes based solely on Pez's customer service that I have experienced (along with all of the raving reviews of his products). I'll be installing the speakers tomorrow and have absolutely no doubt that I will be satisfied (actually thrilled would be more accurate).
How hard are the speakers to install? After reading all the good things about hogtunes I want them but have no idea on how to install. I have an 06 Streetglide. Thanks in advance

Here you go bro ---> HERE
Read thru that post. It is really pretty simple to do. A lot easier then it looks. If you plain on adding docking stations to the rear of your SG and need to relocate the antenna, you might want to look in to this too. ---> HERE
A lot of us are using the TT2C

Just received mine yesterday and installed them last night on my '06 SG with the help of my wife ( Held the fairing when I took out the last screw). They sound really great and are worth the money. Thanks PEZ for designing a terrific product.
