Rubber damper on sprocket

When did they start using the rubber damper and push on rear sprocket on the StreetGlides?

As a stock item in '08. Available as a retro-fit to '07.

This is gonna sound crazy but....The place that sent out my 09 SG wheels, to be chromed, called today to say they were in and to come inspect them to make sure I liked them. Chrome was spectacular, but after I left his shop I started thinking that those slots didnt look like 09's. So I called him and told him what I was thinking. I also said he would know when he mounted the tires because they wouldnt fit, especially on the front seeing its 17". He told me ,their your wheels, and he was looking at them and could see the front was bigger than the rear and that I was nuts and just dazed by the shiny chrome Im gonna have to polish.
