I have the Zume 450. I didn't need all the bells and whistles that came with the 550.
If you spend a little time looking on the internet, you can find good deals on the 450.
I got mine for $329.00 with free shipping.
I'm looking at mounts for my Garmin 660. found www.ram-mount.com from another thread. This has the FM transmitter option which, if you already have a radio, I would think would put it through the speakers. Question I have is mounts. I read where some folks used the suction cup on the windshield and it held fine. makes me nervous. Also tried to sync the maps I created on hog.com. garmin says I need a 700 series for that to work. It should sync the waypoints (as in HD dealerships) just not the maps. Planning on contacting their tech support this week for more information.
IF $$$ is an issue, the Garmin 2610 0r 2620 used, refurbished by Garmin with a 1 year warr, latest updates, etc etc, car n bike, waterproof for $200, on the ebay big screen glove friendly.
Hey guys it's of no value to post a URL link that isn't assessible unless you already have an access.
Do any of you have what the cost would be for any of these units?
TX again.

I had a 2610 and now have the zumo 450. the zumo is miles ahead of the 2610. if you have a costco card the 450 is available online for around $370 shipped online if you get the 2610 then there are other parts you have to buy ( mounts from ram + motorcycle kit from garmin).also when its time to upgrade the map it requires you to buy the upgrade from garmin at around $170 instead of the $70 upgrade a big box store.
ZUMO's seem the hands down favorite on here. For good reason - they're made for motorcycles! I have a 660 Nuvi that works perfect - even got it cheap. I mount it to the fuel door on my Ultra with it's supplied suction cup mount. About 10,000 miles on it with no issues. I store/cover it during wet weather though because it's not waterproof.
Nuvi's are fairly inexpensive right now.
Just an option?
Bells and whistles to look for?
Love the MP3 with 2 gig sd card.
Never use the Bluetooth.
Weather and traffic (outside local) would be nice.
Direct plug into factory radio is real handy. Temporarily pauses MP3 while speaking directions!
Speaks street names - gotta have!
