What is the major difference between a PCI - PCIII?

PCIII is the Powercommander III usb fuel mangement system made by Dynojet corp. Not sure what a PC1 is.

i have an appointment to have mine dyno tuned april 7th. i am happy with my purchase from fuel moto, but there is a slight studder when i first hit the throttle. plus i want to see what kind of h.p. and tourque it made. i'll post my results.
